Brothers Simon and Tim Adams have between them worked 54 Australian vintages and another 12 overseas in California, Italy, Spain, France and Germany. Since 1996, the brothers have combined forces to produce Adams Brothers Shiraz.
With approximately 1000 cases made each year, the wine has been extremely popular in overseas markets.
From 2001, Adams Brothers Shiraz has been available in the domestic Australian market.
