Winemaker's Notes
|
Our sparkling wine Winemaker Dave Hickey begins the blending process each January following the harvest. Selecting wines from among the various sparkling lots of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, he
formulates the base for this lovely wine. He then searches for just the right barrels of Estate Pinot Noir to impart the signature pale pink hue and complex flavors of our Rosé. This process combines the deep, rich flavors of our Pinot Noir with the vibrancy of our finest sparkling wines, delivering a lush bouquet of floral and berry notes. Refreshingly dry, this wine pairs wonderfully with food, a sunset or a backyard hammock. |
